Futures Weekly Update:

We called the short opportunities this week… here’s what’s next

Even in a choppy, sideways market, our levels delivered. Wednesday’s session was filled

with noise from uncertainty around Nvidia news, yet Vanessa and Keith kept the room

focused and prepared—resulting in multiple high-probability opportunities across both

ES and NQ.

Recent Recap – Structure in Chaos

S&P 500 (ES):

Price opened with sideways action but ultimately worked its way to upper targets, as

projected.

ES held firm above our 'has to hold' levels and respected support at Low Mid, giving

structure despite the chop.

Price moved into our green rubber band, which provided 3 separate short entries—

including during the Nvidia news spike—for massive profit potential.

Nasdaq (NQ):

NQ provided a textbook long entry at our lower rubber band, resulting in a 150+ point move to the first target and “has to hold” zone.

Even after the upside move, the upper rubber band offered an incredible short entry for

another 200+ point drop, proving again how effective these levels are—even in high volatility environments.

HOW TO USE THE FUTURE TRADER’S LEVELS:

  • You can trade just the futures market if you wish (/ES and /NQ). These tickers are available in any brokerage and you can trade options on them too.

  • Use these ‘forward looking’ targets to trade the tickers under the hood. If the Nasdaq is bullish, you can trade many of the big tech names moving. Those in a bullish pattern will likely continue in their bullish pattern if the /NQ is going up.

What We’re Watching

We remain in similar key zones from last week’s projections, but the levels have become more critical as we near inflection points:

S&P 500 (ES):

Daily closes below 6508 will bring price back to:

 → 6464 (becoming resistance)

→ Then down to 6363, and if that breaks,

 → 6260 is in play

Daily closes above 6508 would push us toward:

 → 6550, and potentially

 → 6575

Nasdaq (NQ):

NQ is sitting right at a key inflection point: 23755

Daily closes below 23755 would target:

 → 23315

→ Then 23035, and further downside to 22000

Daily closes above 23800 would open the door for:

 → 24065, and

 → 24375

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
